CPM Lets (Student Houses Colchester) is a family-run business specialising in letting property to university students in the Colchester area for over 20 years.
CPM Lets provides ideal student accommodation in Colchester. The properties are located close to the University of Essex and within walking distance of Tesco's.
We always respond promptly to any calls or queries students may have relating to the property.
Our aim is to provide good quality furnished accommodation at an affordable rent for those students who wish to live with friends in their own house with a garden. Our students like the independence of running their own home but also of being close enough to access all University facilities both academic and social.
In our experience if students are provided with a modern, clean, well planned house that suits their needs, if they have help and guidance on how to get the most from their accommodation and receive good prompt service from their landlord, they enjoy their time together in a stress-free environment. Students often ask for a second year in the same property.
Our houses comply with all current rules & regulations laid down by Colchester Borough Council to ensure student's safety.
As members of the National Residential Landlord’s Association we keep up-to-date with new legislation relating to tenants and landlords.
All our properties are popular with students – they tell us they represent very good value for money. Because of this all our houses have been fully rented during the 20 years we have been associated with University of Essex.
